OBJECTIVE
The objective of this project was to create an album cover design for an
existing album in a specific design era style.
Adobe Illustrator.
PROCESS
For this project, specific Adobe Illustrator brushes were used to create
a linoprint-like appearance in a Victorian design style. The concept for
the illustrations came from the name of the album. The biggest challenge
with this project was creating convincing texture to create a vintage
effect on the cover. In the end, texture packs were used in Illustrator at a
low opacity to give the illusion of worn paper.
